The complete list of gluten free foods (above) can be found at most Whole Foods Grocers or you can easily purchase them online through the links provided. For additional items you can also view whole foods’ list of gluten free products (inventory will vary by store): whole foods gluten free products.
Disclosure: I do not recommend going out and buying all of the above items. Instead, if you crave something that you used to eat, know that it’s available to you as a gluten free substitute. I frequently hear excuses for not going gluten free because you’d miss these types of foods…no more excuses. It’s all available to you if you desire.
I, however, advocate buying whole foods not processed foods. Unfortunately we all are (or were) used to eating a lot more processed foods than is good for us. It’s better to stick to eating foods that don’t have a label or making it yourself from scratch by following the types of gluten free recipes that this blog highlights.
