Our personalized food counseling is based on your individual or family health needs and nutritional goals. This highly customized counseling service includes: creating health goals, learning food behavior, pantry purge, shopping guidance, menu planning & recipes, hands on cooking instruction and continued counseling and support. Sessions are conducted in-person, over the phone, or using Skype—from weight loss to allergies, vegan, vegetarian or paleo diets — we can work with anyone in the country on their diet and wellness goals!
With some background on what types of meals you like to prepare and when, and what foods you enjoy, I’ll create a plan that’s right for you.
We’ll evaluate your needs and have a 1 hour consultation where you’ll be provided with suggestions, alternatives, and following the appointment, a 7 day meal plan. Your personalized plan includes recipes, guidance, and if necessary, a list of which foods to avoid.
